De bisses (Wasserleite of Suonen in het Duits) zijn irrigatiekanalen die werden gebruikt om water van gletsjers of sneeuwval te transporteren naar gecultiveerde gebieden, wijngaarden en weiden. Volg de Route de Combioula naar de rivier de Borgne en de thermale baden van Combioula.
