The Gorges du Dailley offer an extraordinary walk in wild yet easily accessible nature.
Magnificently renovated, the path of the gorges crosses Scots pine forests and takes you from Granges to Van d’en Bas thanks to daring constructions, such as footbridges, galleries and vertiginous staircases.
The view is breathtaking! The Salanfe descends the steep gorges on several levels, and in the distance, we can see the snow-capped peaks of the Alps above the light mist of the Rhône Valley. A true delight for romantics. In summer, when the heat is high, the coolness of the gorges is very appreciated.
In these gorges, the perpetual work of the water which shapes the rocks, a mixture of freshness and a climate which smells of the Mediterranean with these Scots pines, will not leave you without wonder. The famous “stuck rock” makes it a unique curiosity.
