The Gorges du Triège with its footbridges and three bridges retrace the entire history of the communication routes in the valley. This impressive walk, open to all, can easily be done from the village of Trétien, ideally accessible with the Mont Blanc express train .

From the entrance to the Gorges on the road bridge, climb the various footbridges and ramps to the CFF water intake in the middle of the gorges. In the forest overlooking the Trétien station, follow the path to it and go down the steps leading to the hamlet of Bochatay, wander through the streets to reach the bread oven. Continue down the road, leave the path leading to the old mule bridge from 1808 on the right and return to the entrance to the Gorges.
