A succession of cable cars and gondolas take you from La Tzoumaz, Verbier or Nendaz to the Mont Fort. And it’s an experience not to be missed under any circumstances! The air is totally pure and the 360-degree panorama absolutely mind-blowing. The Matterhorn, the Dent d’Hérens, the Grand Combin, Mont Blanc and a hundred other peaks can be gazed upon all around. From the summit, you can then hike or mountain bike, watch the sunrise, take part in a yoga session or enjoy a fondue. From autumn 2020, Europe’s highest zip line will link Mont Fort to the Col des Gentianes, guaranteed to be a highlight!
